Hitachi distributor for 8-plug distributors (CA-series and Z-series). It has a one-piece type internal module (ignitor + pickup in one). The module looks similar to the D4R distributor but D4R has only two terminals.

Vacuum Advance module looks similar but the screw is 90-degrees to D4R and D4K advance modules.
