Ignition
Distributor: because it is on the back of the head, some mod will be needed.
- Cut hole in firewall
- OR, use an inexpensive Crank Trigger ignition with coil packs
- OR, use a right-angle distributor from a circa 1987 Suzuki G13A along with custom adapter plate
Suzi-tech at Thornliegh made the dizzy and it cost a fortune. If I was to do it again I would just cut the fire wall. I think you can use a Mazda cap which gives you more room.

Cooling
Transmission
Gearbox: use Suzuki Sierra or Samurai gearbox or Geo Tracker
The box will fit easily in a 1200 tunnel if it is the 4x2 version.
Shifter
Gearlever moved forward on Suzuki gearbox
This is the lever moved forward with flat alloy cover plate
then use a Sierra or other shifter housing
