I have 6 days off so far then probably onto light data entry work for 4-6 hours at a time 4-5 days a week until I am ready to work again, it actually looked way worse than it felt, I went to keep walking but thought I should look down to see how bad the cut was thought hmmmm stay calm and call the supervisor then started shaking a bit!

I went to walk up some steel stairs at work but my foot slipped off the first step and got stuck between the floor and steel step, my shin pressed against the steel step while the rest of my body weight kept moving forward, levering my leg against the step even more, and since the knee doesn't bend that way the force put on my shin ripped the skin and flesh from the shin bone in a 100mm by 50mm long 90 degree lascceration

 Re: A15 toy
jeez that was a while ago and I only just got out of hospital 2 weeks ago because I got an infection that enetered my foot through gardening all day. I woke up and my glands in the leg were killing me I thought I must have had aleg cramp overnight but by the time I wnet to the Dr he sent me to hospital for intraveneous antibiotics, 6 days later I was fine.
I never thought I could get an infection in the area once the wound had healed but it will always be prone to infection and skin cancer, I have to wear high socks or sunscreen on the area all the time if I am out in the sun.
And I wish I never sold that engine, Craig also said the same! I think A series engines are like a bottle of bourbon....they don't seem too special but once there gone you feel like $hit

Yes I can't wait to get her into the car, but I ripped my leg open last night and had 90 stitches in the wound so I don't think I can work on the car for a few months. So far the engine has a JTS Head, 11.5:1 compression ratio 54/86 Camshaft, Datrats 4 into 1 Extractors with header wrap, Datrats Series 2 Bluebird Electronic Distributor, Bosch HEC 715 Coil, 8.0mm Top Gun Ignition Leads, NGK BP5ES Spark Plugs, Twin Weber DCOE 40 carburettors, Double Valve Springs, Reduced Weight Flywheel, Single 2 1/4" exhaust with straight through muffler and a brand new Gemini Radiator

If you step outside on a quiet night you'll probably hear the induction as Blofly gives him a bootful.
