Seeing that all of these manifolds are for L series engines, I presume thet the eBay one is also for the L series engine.

Ahhh, it's a dual port design. Haven't seen one of those in ages. I have a dual port "Port O Sonic" Offy manifold on the 273 Mopar engine in my '32 sedan.
