The only issue is the front belt timing mechanism and if all the water and oil galleries match up?
Also there are so many versions of this head, have to choose the right casting. Any idea on the numbers?

Belt driven OHC engines revv so quickly compared to pushroads its another ballgame. Especially the E series motors they really revv like crazy when you give them the squirt.

Sure, but since it's already equipped for port injection, no need

* Weber 32/36 conversion kits are still sold for B11 with E15/E16: Weber Carburetor Kit Nissan Sentra 32/36mm DGEV (1982-1987) K662. It uses the factory carburetor manifold

* Manifold Datsun E15 E16 Chadil M.DAT2286 2 x 40 DHLA/DCOE 300 EURO

In Japan, Europe and USA, the E15ET head is a 17M part. There was no other head used on the E15ET. Both in the N12 Pulsar and in the JDM B11 Sunny. Not sure what casting numbers it has

This head has valves larger than A14/A15 -- many E15 and most E16 uses small valves. The E15ET head has 41mm inlets and 31mm exhaust valves. See E engine Valves
