Just upgrade to new vented rear discs, seem much better than my commodore setup.

Rotors are from the front of a Suzuki Swift 1990. Wheel studs are the same and they are 231mm so fit in 13" rims ok.

I have used the callipers as well 47mm piston so with my pedal box setup and hydraulic hand brake, things are working much better.

I have just change over to a full sprinter rear setup with sprinter axels. So i have modified a standard sprinter disc brake caliper braket. But this conversion would also work on a H165 setup.
