thanks foir the comments guys ill take some better picvs nightime dont work with my camera always shaky. i only wish all this work was actually going to make it quicker ohh well is nice and clean now so hope it stays that way. all i need now is haltech and thats about it for me then onto the suspension.

just paint stripped the cam covers and timing case and polished them, replaced stainless manifold taped up all the wiring removed all the ca18det intake stuff off and basically just tidyied everything up painted polished and degreased everything else.thats about it really.
