different approach to the mounting of both the intercooler and radiator. also adds a lot more strength the the front end of the car :D

its a n14 pulsar radiator, just need to find some fans that are skinny enough to fit! Had some 10" but 10's werent big enough, then swapped em for 12's, they were too fat. still looking at the moment. i recon the air filter is gonna be tight also.

or how has yours been done?
the most common ive seen is 2 brackets straight off the body near the bonnet latch

Yeah man, that looks the goods. I agree that some structural strength across the front can't be a bad thing.

You can kind of see where mine goes, it's 10mm square tube running along the front. It's hidden up underneath the top panel.

I have done simaller to my ca18 1200. I use a 20x20x3 SHS section welded into the front support panel with radiator & intercooler attatched to that. Stiffens the front end quite a bit after all that choping out
