All MPH speedometers have these KPH range markings but yeah they do seem off. 100kph should be centered at around 62 MPH, but as you can see here it starts at 64 MPH or centered around 66 MPH

according to my convertion thing, 100kph =62.1 mph

and on the dash its at about 64 mph, see pic below
