Looks like silicon Maybe I'm just used to seeing radio controlled cars diffs converted to "LSD" by filling them up with silicon

I would say he's melted some alloy or something in there, like a pison maybe. Thats how im gonna lock my 4.37:1.

looks like mine but without the metal in the middle and i got a better weld all the way around
