I have seen this picture before. It looks like the UK spec 120Y. It arrived there with 12 in wheels and a A12 engine under the bonnet. The right bumpers, off course, come in factory.
The "park bench" bumpers are the notorious characteristic of the US version

as far as I know the UK B210's were the same as ours bar the speedometer: UK has Km/h/Mph - Australia has Km/h...

the only GOOD thing the B-210 has over the 120Y is that it has beefed up suspension.... and an A14!...

do the B-210 have the front bumper bolt holes in the right places for the Aussie front bumper brackets?.... always wanted to know that...

the US B-210 was released with the A12 A13 and A14 with optional 5 speed.

i did think the overrider bumpers came in the UK versions as well.

either way i think the Aus release looks the best, but if i could get the JDM front guards with the indicators there i would be a very happy camper!

I have seen a few fenders like this on early NZ new models. My 120Y had one of these fenders on it before I welded it up and put on the later type indictor.
