 Re: new brakes
thanks guys, i was thinking of painting the letters (not that they really say anything interesting though) might wait till the red have fully cured so i can clean the black paint without smudging the red
the paint should last a while, theres a fair coating on there, over a whole millimetre of paint

havnt tested the brakes yet as there is a corolla stopping me from geting out of the shed, but they should stop it well.....even better when the R31 rears aer in there as well

Hopefully the rotor is a 732, 25mm thick.

13's go over this setup?

 Re: new brakes
that looks like a S12+8 caliper, which might not fit over a 25mm rotor, I've got them on 250mmx20mm magna rotors and they will fit under a 13" alloy with minimal grinding, no chance under a 13" steelie

 Re: new brakes
What model camry rotors are they? and are they any easier or harder to use than the S13 rotors?

 Re: new brakes
discs are off an 88 model camry, 255x 22mm but the thicknes was machined down to 20mm

probably just as easy to use the s13 discs
with these you need a spacer to get the right offset and one of the new holes that needs to be drilled ends up half in and half out of one of the original ones

with the s13 discs i think you need to modify the caliper a bit to fit

they are 200b struts, same brake arrangement as stanza

Good work PIGDOG, they should stop the beast nicely! They wont look so red after a few hard brakings.
