Then, I'll just cut out the wheels tubs and make the wheels fit.
If I was doing a full tub, theoretically, I could move (make new) rails inboard as far as I like to fit the biggest rubber possible. Mini-tubbing involves modification made to get the wheel as close to the staandard chassis rails without actually moving it...

Re: Datsun 1200 ute rear leaf spring mount just looking at the rear one.....really need to find another ute to get the mounts off and the rail that they are attatched to then just weld that in beside the original rail, then get rid of the old mount
