Re: Weber carb parts Put a plug on that. It is not used on an A12 engine. It is for emissions controls.

Or better yet, put the choke control back on! I guess desert folks don't need a choke but here at 48 degrees from the equator it is a necessity...
Bluemax, I agree. I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out what that vacuum port was for...and you nailed it: for the choke pull-off. Which is also an emission control I think. But one that doesn't hurt performance -- it helps performance.
