Our money here in SA is almost worthless, thats why our prices are so high.

Im not sure about the metal grill fitting, but the bumpers will fit. I will find out about the grill, I have a buddy with a old junker laying in his yard, will swipe the grill and try fit it. I also do perfur the old round lights.

Offhand, I would say that the whole of the African continent would be the domain of the ZA factory, so there's good reason to suspect that these would be available wherever ZA built Nissan cars are sold.
