is it worth it? PIGDOG 2007/6/20 12:24 Tell a friend 1970 19 0.00 (0 votes)
15x6 enkeis, more of a front wheel drive offset than trx rims so 8 mm spacers will be needed all round would need to convert to 5 stud, but the show off the brakes real well
oh yeah dodgy camera phone pic as the digital was being used |

Re: is it worth it? 5 stud conversion so that you can run rims that require spacers?

Re: is it worth it? well ANGE i could cut down another diff thats the right width for these.... but spacers is easier and with 5 stud i could run any nissan or ford rims
any one know if these can be found in 4 stud? these are the standard rims off a mid 90s mazda 929

Re: is it worth it? so what do i do with them then if i could find some hubs that are 5 stud and didnt use a floating rotor id consider it or i could just cruise around with one wheel nut

Re: is it worth it? well i was saying its not worth converting to five stud for these wheels pictured. especially if you need to run a spacer on them. now if you wanted to convert to 5 stud so you can run a nissan wheel that fits right and shows off your brakes while looking awesome and making your sedan even more original. then id say yes its worth it. that would be cool zx 16's maybe?

Re: is it worth it? hmmm i wonder what the lowest profile 16 i could get is
to convert the rear its easy, just gotta get some falcon axles cut down.....but front hubs is whats stopping me
not like i would actually convert to 5 stud any time soon though.....got brakes to do, got the ute do to, got an engine to do and the body

Re: is it worth it? I reckon when i bought wheel bearings for the 280zx struts the box had the 240,260,280C listed. I know for sure it had stanza, sunny, 180b, 200b listed.
I just did a search on yahoo, stud pattern for 260C is 5x114.3.

Re: is it worth it? yes an update....even though these wheels look cool and and light as all hell..........
they are crap, simply because my r32/300zx rear brakes wont fit under them
but i'll still go ahead with the 5 stud, even if i dont use it on my car
