thanks andy i still think it would have been better on yours, as for the turbo i had to cut a big peice of it of, it was like a mount or somthin thats not being used anymore. you can just se on the right hand side where i cut it off

NICE! Definatly wont fit a 1000 looking at that pic! Way too low!

What turbo you running? And are you decompressing etc?

yeah this one the ihi rhf5 sits lower than the t25s, as for the decompression havnt gottne that far yet still dont know weather im going to bother

no point decompressing unless going over 10 or even 12 psi (at roughly these points you need better head gasket, pistons etc etc anyway)

just adds lag if you do

yeah it will be at stock turbo psi to start with which i think is 7.2psi

theres other ways to avoid it without decompressing

like retarding the timing or intercooling / water injection

why negatively effect the off boost performance when you dont have to?

Will this be drawthrough or blowthrough? The turbo intake seems too close to the bottom radiator hose to allow fitment of a carbie.
No biggie though I 'spose. I've cut my tube right down to gain clearance on my blown engine.

which carby? are you going to box it?

i think most people end up going injection after they try blow through.... too many problems with carby

i did.....

well im going to try a 32/36 weber that imusing already and see how i go with the carby box or carby hat im still trying to figure out the best way for the throttle if i go with boxed
