Screw that, I'm building my own zorst as well.

Did you have a few band pre-made, and used those, or are they all simply straight pieces cut at an angle?

Yea bugger paying someone to do it!!! HAHAHAHA thats wat i did and wraped the crapy system round my diff bout 2 months in u want somthing done right u have to do it yourself.. anyways heres my 2.5 ss(with mud) that i tiged up took about a whole weekend and yea get some bends makes it like a million times easyer.

Its 2.5inch so its actually 63.5mm

50.8 is 2inch.

Edit: btw thats a real nice exhaust. did you weld it up or have it made??

running an L20b (shitbox)
me and a mate made it up over a weekend
he did the tigging i did the cutting....so naturally the welds are better than the cuts

all up cost around $100 with new muffler, only had to buy about a half a metre of straight pipe if that but it cost $30 just for that bit

now i just need to pull the whole exhaust off and polish it up to the shinyness is should be

theres a good inch or so over the diff, but the tyres collect the guard before the diff hits the ehaust so its all good

could have made it higher but didnt notice that when i was lying under teh car fitting it all together
