Hi Blato
I'm interested in the motor, gearbox etc when you make the swap to a CA.
Please PM or email me when it becomes available.
Cheers Matty

 Re: BLATO
STEVE, I DO DRIVE IT A BIT BUT NOT A DAILY DRIVER AS I HAVE A WORK CAR, THE ENGINE WAS DONE HERE IN TOWNSVILLE ABOUT 10YRS AND HAS ONLY DONE FEW THOUSAND KAYS, THE INFO THAT I HAVE BEEN GIVEN IS: BALANCED/BLUEPRINTED FORGED PISTONS, CUSTOM CAM FOR GAS, HEAPS HEAD WORK, CUSTOM ROCKERS, MATCH PORTED MANIFOLD, RALLY DAT PIPES AND INTAKE, BIG FUEL SYS + IGNITION SYSTEM. I HAVE THE READ OUT OF THE DYNO THAT WAS DONE BOUT 4MTHS BEFORE I BOUGHT IT, I RUN IT ON THE DYNO IN INGHAM AND WON N/A 4CYC BUT WAS DOWN ON POWER BUT ALL CARS WERE, ITS JUST INGHAM. I HAVE A MADDAT CA CONVERSION KIT AND HOPEFULLY WILL START IT VERY SOON I JUST NEED FEW MORE THINGS. THANKS

what did it pull the second time?

so how much would you want for the engine when you put a ####ta CA in there?

 Re: BLATO
look champ i did not list my car on this forum to have people question me, i did it because there are genuine people who enjoy cars appreciate the time and work that has gone into them, I have arranged a fresh print out so you dont confuse the creases in the papper for the graph, i will get it to you next week. People like me stay away from sites like this because of people like you... Bagging people gets you know where, the only reason you have questioned me because i have claimed to make more power then you, big deal who cares mate i dont.. if any1 else sends me anything like this dont get affended when i dont reply

 Re: BLATO
geez someones cranky

i want to see the dyno graph coz im impressed with the power...can you please highlight in my post where i was doubting the power???? its only what 20hp more than my engine that can still have a #### load of head work done to it, not doubting the power for a second

wanted to know what it made on the second run for interests sake

want to know how much you would want for the engine, as if the price wasnt to bad and you had dyno graphs i would consider buying it

think maybe you should re-read my post just to be sure you got it all right the first time....was going to say its an awsome ute with an awsome engine, but maybe you should just put a CA in it and not be part of the elite L series 1200 crew

Bit touchy there Blato,i see nothing refering to a bagging...only a request for a costing on the engine if you decide to sell.

Nice Engine Bay and Engine detail. Dont go running down the road ya might trip over ya dress. All i see is genuine inquiries about your engine no one questioning your integrity. So grab ya d@#k and pull yourself together.

second everybody else, there was no bagging what so ever, its not people who question things, its people like you who cause the problem by arching up like that
