This S13 RELAY/FUSE BLOCK is manual transmission so doesn't have the Inhibitor relay
1990 S13 Canada

Three relays are used for the fuel pump and ECCS (computer). This system is designed to prevent pumping if the engine stops running. There is a relay for Ignition, fuel pressure and ignition coil. Loss of any of engine signals (CAS?) at the ECU will stop the fuel pump for example if the car is in a wreck and the engine stops running, the fuel pump will stop instead of pumping fuel out on the ground

Looks early S13 (1989-1990) RELAY/FUSE BLOCK

The post this is for is:CA18DET Alternator Wiring

The Fusible Link for the alternator is a 75A Fusible Link, first one, below the large Coil relay. Since it is 75A, and the 1200 wiring harness is only rated for 35A, a new large wire should be run from the ALT post to the RELAY/FUSE block
