They look like 13 or 14inch minilites.

To strech it, I copied the back of the car, free transformed the selection so that it was smaller. I placed the selection in a place that looked proportionally correct, then blended the original car in with the smaller cut/shrink/pasted section of the rear.
I greyed out the window because keeping the inside of the car in proportion was too difficult and too much work.
