The daily has been off the road for a week now and ive finally got the L series in,without sump. Tomoro i'll drop the box and cut the hole for the shifter(its a 5 speed long tail) then i can position the box and sort out how much mods the sump will need. The drive line is out of the old drift pig trx blubird. Hopefully the trx diff's not too wide to fit the Fatsun.

That does look very cool.

Once I get settled into a house with a big garage (one day soon hopefully), I'll definitely keep my eyes open for a 2.4L L20B one of these days. Twin 45s or 48s ..would be great!

Keep up the progress pics.

if the diff is to wide then use a late model 1200 ute diff and swap over the centre and brakes!

 Re: L20 in the bay.
ive got a cig locker 4:11 ute diff here, drum to drum. my 1200 already has a 310 diff in it to combat the slr 5000 torana flares. the trx diff would be nice cos its disk brake. ive had today off,its a public holiday, but ill get back into it tomorrow after work. i'll keep up the progress pics and detailed info on fitment.
