this is a datsun 510 s/w, not a 1200. in the usa that was a very comon car, in 1972. the rear end is one of the rears to put in a 1200.dfx

not really,the 1200 wagon was flatter in the tailgate,had taillights similar to a 1200 ute,& was a bit heavier in the rear.nothing bigger wheels & tyres didn't even out though.i've had 2 over the years,& the could hold a bloody surprising amount of gear,particularly with the rear seat down.still got one,trying to sell it as a shell with panels,etc.when i get the scanner,i'll try & post some photos for you,plus all my other 1200's,the race cars,the wrecks & the before ,during & after shoots.
