Yes, at http://www.pitroad-ts.com/process-2/knuckle-1.htm About $200/pair

Stock 1200 or 120Y have the fastest steering arms. This machines them to work with the larger size Datsun struts (280ZX, A10, B310, etc).

Allows you to bolt in struts from 280ZX, R30/R31, Silvia, etc. any Nissan 2" struts.

Can be used in 1971-1975 B110, B210 and B120 if you use the 1976-up LCA and ball joint.

An advantage of using this part (instead of the B310 large knuckle arm) is this B120 part does not require toe adjustment, and does not affect the stock 15:1 quick steering.

Do 200B struts come under the "2 inch Strut" category?

Sold at Pitroad

Or have them modified at a local machine shop. They start out as H74 knuckle arms (1976-up bakkie) and so require the matching LCAs.
