A12t head on the left side, a12 gx5 head on the right side.
On the top left of these front "sides",
You will notice an extra "bolt hole" on the a12t.Pardon my terminalogy of "bolt hole".

I call it a "bolt hole", but it can also be called a threaded boss. It is for the B210 right-side high-mounted alternator adjusting bracket.
