* N = input to countershaft
* 4th is Direct, 4th gear is built into the input shaft
* 1ST is on the end of the countershaft (60A and 4-speed have REV here instead)
* REVERSE gear seen is on a different shaft than the countershaft (reverse/idle shaft)
