My GX-5 Grille dattodude 2004/1/20 12:27 Tell a friend 3662 2 0.00 (0 votes)
I assembled my GX5 grille today. I need to respray the plastic grille, and make up adapters to suit my steel grill mounts. Thanks go to 2332Owner who helped me source the parts to make it. |

Re: My GX-5 Grille So THATS what that GX-5 badge comes from. I have used one on the grille of my '68 Datsun 1000 sedan since the mid 80's & i always wondered about it's origin. Don't panic, i ran a big bore 1200 GX with 5 speed in it, so the badge was legitimate. Chris

Re: My GX-5 Grille Aside from the emblem and badge, the mold is no different than the GL grill.
It was the later Sunny 1200 GX JDM Coupe grill that had vertical and horizontal vent slats.
