Yes I have 2 heads. I will keep the one at top of pic.Needs 1 valve,2 springs.Looks like it has had a shave.Will that do

OH NO I said it wrong You need 1 valve 2springs and holdders OK

ah, i only just found this, can i just get vavles and holders off another a-14 or 15? or is that a bit dodgey,
how hard are they to change ect ect?

i've never done any work with valve and that before

valves are easy to change providing you have a valve spring compressor, just compress the vavle spring, then take off the circlip at the top of the spring then slowly undo the spring compressor and your valve should pull out, and your spring should pull off. It's been a while since I've done it, so if I've messed anything up please correct me

I mite have a valve and springs some were in shed.Thay will need to be seated in and head reshaved at a engine shop / head shop.
dont mess around by doing half a job DO IT ONCE DO IT RITE with big C/R.Ill send you a PM.
