the improvement that this dimlight racing ugly manifold 1 gets from this throttle body is that without it the manifold would still need a throttle body to work.

You see dimlight has made this manifold and this is the throttle body of which he chose to use.

But seriously, what I did was build the manifold for a seventy some odd mm Weber throttle body which is a replacement unit for VWs and Porsche 944s. I then took the adapter for the VW, turned it around backwards, and bolted the VW throttle body on. Basically, the manifold has the option of VW progressive throttle or a single huge butterfly.
