Magic product
Thinking about this, the H150 is 5 mm larger diameter, so you'd need to space it out 2.5 mm from the center line of the housing. This checks with the 1975 B210 housing, which indeed has the housing face 2mm farther away from centerline compared to the 1974 housing of H145 (source: Nissan intro doc, 1975 B210).
