The bracket was just some leftover strap metal in a sort of triangle. The stock 1200 cable was connected to the throttle shaft ball-stud with u-shaped piece of sheet.

It doesn't look like it would work too well, but I drove it for a year. Anyways, it may give some ideas. The cable here is too high for correct leverage

A better way would be to bolt the stock Hitachi shaft quadrant (lower left corner of pic) to the Weber shaft. Just need to file out the center slot a wee bit.
