This looks to be a genuine 1200GX manifold with the addition of the air bleed valve. The following B210 [120Y] GX manifold had this fitting as original equipment.

If this is to be a strictly street engine, then blocking off the coolant fitting at the front will not be an advantage.

What carbs do you plan to use?

I've got the original, round top Hitachi carbs (see my older pics with the setup). If need be, I plan to use the larger, Roadster needles.

I had a new, thicker downpipe flange made to support larger-and-longer-than-stock twin downpipes. I will let you know how this goes and submit photos.

I can't afford to build an exclusive track motor, so this will have to get me by for the next year or so.
