Underside view shows tight (3.5mm) clearance between intake and exhaust manifolds.

I doubt any header will clear GX intake, but I don't know of anyone else running this setup, so it really doesn't matter does it?

 Re: GX Intake/Exhaust 1c
I successfully ran headers /extractors with my GX manifold for many years. I knew that the thin store bought ones would not fit, so i had a set custom made back in about 1983 from the thickest material that he could bend in his machine.

They cost a lot, but fitted & worked perfectly, & best of all, after the car sat outdoors, unused, for over five years, they are still sound & solid, so they are going onto a 1200 racer to do another tour of duty.
For street use, the iron GX manifold is just as good & that's what i'll be using on my engine this time round.

Didn't 310gx here in the U.S. post awhile ago that he was running gx twin hitachi setup with an Feral Errol header? I wonder if he's mocked them up for a test fit yet?

The GX intake and exhaust are suited to a street setup, but the new cam I installed will be anything but streetable. Yet I'm hoping it will give me sorely needed revving for the track. I'm anxious to see what the result will be!

I find the car uncomfortable as a street car, and don't plan to drive it on the street except to a local show once a year. Other than at that time, I won't mind the rough idle

Most 4 into 1s dont have a problem but my 4-2-1s did. The fuel bowl on the far carby hit the 4th pipe of the extractors. I had them modified to suit for $30.
