That picture brings back memories. Many days were spent going wheel to wheel with an Opel-Isuzu here in the states. My friends was red and white, though. My 1200 was blue and white and we had a bunch of dandy battles. If I could just out brake him and get by I could pull out on him, but it was difficult if I couldn't catch him sleeping.

Me having a steer of my brother's Gemini - plenty of torque but a real handful to drive Ask benny how busy I was - he could barely stay on the track from laughing
Heaps of fun though.

Jeff was really working ever so hard to hold the "Sandy Crab" Gemmi on the track at speed. Brakes were near gone; turn , before you get to the corner handeling, great straight line speed though...... It was a great day and lots of fun.
