Here is what they look like. they bolt upto the chassis rails on the front side of the rear wheels. the bar's arms reach toward the front of the car when mounted. this one cost under 150AUD.

I'm a believer that the JTS rear springs are all you need. Coupes are so light in the rear that a rear bar can make them a little too stiff - my only concern with the kit is the bolt through chassis rail. Without a tube welded in first the bolt may wish to crush the rail each time it is tightened and spend its days trying to flog the hole out Looks good though!
Cheers

I don't believe there is any benefit to be gained as I can't see you throwing the car around on Sydney streets at anything approaching the limits of the coupe. A set of quality shocks will do more for your roadie. If you are going racing then the JTS springs are all you need on the rear - no bar necessary. I too think you need to space out your chassis rail if you do install this and the rear facing Whiteline sticker smells like overcooked rice...

what diametre is it?
what springs and bar do you have up front?

I use a 17mm whiteline rear bar, but it is far too big for street use. With 'comfortable' street spring rates in the front, you will lift the inside rear wheel, which doesn't do much for performance if you have an open diff! Even if it doesn't get to the point of lifting it, it will make the inside wheel 'light' and it will spin that tyre easier when cornering.

I also ground the arms of my rear swaybar down - I can't remember how far. It was too many years ago...

I welded that bracket to the chassis. The single bolt without crush tube is dodgy.

Mine is also a different shape to that one - the 'dip' in it for ther diff pumpkin is alot narrower which makes its more adjustable. If you move those U-bolt clamps more inward it softens the effect of the bar, moving them outward makes it stiffer, so its important to match their locations on either side.

ok this should be the last one which you cannot see from previous photos.

from this photo you are looking under the car from the front of the rear right left wheel. pretty tight up against my muffler.

L18_B110 & others : thx for the info ! ive not measured it but it looks like the same as my front sway bar which is the same girth as a 120Y front swaybar!

I got one with my 1200 ute, but it doesn't fit the ute. The bit that goes around the diff centre goes the other way (points in, rather than out).
Anyone know what it would fit?

Re: Whiteline B110 rear sway / stabilizer / anti roll bar
today
so im driving into the back of parramatta and what do i see but a nice raced up coupe parked in the driveway of a body shop. i pulled up my coupe next to it and investigated. the owner happily let me lift the hood. it also had this exact rear sway bar in it, not to mention the 25mm adjustable front bar he had.
too many niceys to say were on the coupe but heres a few. it was white. revved to 8. 45mm webers. A15 w/ ford laser pistons. he didnt want to tell me about the head dyno'd 150rwhp

converted:
i agree but thats what he said. its seems quite impossible w'out turb or supercharger to get that much out of that little displacement. ? ?

Re: Whiteline B110 rear sway / stabilizer / anti roll bar
well i ended up buying some koni adjustable rear shocks and am planning on just using those instead of using this sway bar.

if anyone is interested in buying this above sway bar, i am willing to sell it. it's still as new.
