What should i keep? it even has the struts and brakes.
107000km the timing belt was changed at 87000km should i still do it before putting it in?

Pull everything down to the last nut and bolt out. You'll be amazed at what you will use down the track.

The brakes will come in handy as Kev Rowley does a conversion so you can run them on 120Y strut legs.

Personally, I would change the cam belt again for peace of minds sake. Also, change all the hoses and clamps. Once you fit the motor it's very hard to get to the heater hose behind the head and all of the hoses under the intake manifold. Trust me I know.....

Replace the head gasket while you're at it too as these are a slut to to do once the motor is in the car.

Good luck with it mate.

funny thing about the coke can i had one on my motor as well i think its a budget catch can.
hope all goes well as matty said do all the hard things whilest motor is out, machine flywheel new heavyduty clutch do headgasket all manifold gaskets and timming belt. that way once the motor is in u can just drive and not have 2 work on it every second weeknd fixing them like a lot of people do, good luck

first thing id do with a engine like this undo every hose and line one by one and label it all, so that when ur pulling it out, if u knock off a wire or a vacuum line all u have to do is put it back on instead of go searching through manuals and #### to try to find where it all goes.

That's an excellent idea Kegs. When I swapped motors last year I labelled every wire and hose with masking tape on which I had written where it went with a Nikko pen. I also took photos with a digital camera of absolutely every part before removing it. It makes life alot easier.
