this morning on my way to work i was t-boned in my 1200 ute by some cracker who ran a red light. it is pretty much a right off. i am devistated if i had of been only .25 of a second later i don't think i'd be here. he didn't even brake but the great credit is that i could still drive it it suprised me how tough they are. well just thought i would let you guys know so i'll go back to laying on the couch

word on the grapevine is weber is back in production and they are still making dcoe's at 450 pound if i am correct can anybody verify this

if it was me i would go a little bigger say 45mm and jet and choke down because the fuel bowl is bigger and at sustaind high rpm is less likley to run out of fuel but i think a 40-42 would be ok the trouble is finding an absolute guru on webers they are getting rather scarce luckly i know a couple

a mate of mine had NOS on a standard a14 in his 1200 ute and it made a hell of a difference

su's suck dcoe all the way 40mm or 42 mm weber dcoe or dellorto is the go but they are quite thirsty if tuned for performance can be good on fuel if tuned for economy

no mate wasn't me but keep an eye out this year for a large extend port ute. i ran that about 6 months ago as i said i would be hard pressed doin 20 now i reckon
