id be using a T28 turbo or larger for the 150kw..
Your injectors will need to be bigger we were running 23psi T28 on e85 with 750cc injectors to make 212rwhp with around 22 degrees of timing with A15 fully built, decent cam all big head work is where the power is made.
We gone to a GTX2871R that will be making the high 200kw range
My other engine is being built currently for the sedan, Fully built will be running 750cc injectors and just 98ron custom cam all head work 30cc chambers 5cc for headgasket 1mm headgasket ect ect ect But is running a Garrett T25 and be into the 20's should see the 140-150kw mark is running a smaller clutch setup and the W50 not built behind it be happy around the 130-140kw at the wheels with that build

The other option is just get a custom 215mm clutch disk and use the SR20 plate heaps of ways to do it just got to be resourceful and bit of a pain as no one writes any real infomation on it

I put a W50 with a dellow conversion was a peice of piss just had to adapt a holden clutch fork and have a thrust bush made to suit.
The clutch was the simple part i just called direct clutch said i needed a 190mm clutch gave them the spec's of for a 200hp brass button setup and they made custom clutch and pressure plate
But have also made a custom 225mm to suit as well as most toyota celica ones that ran with a W50 are 225mm just had to get a custom flywheel made to suit which was a pain to be able to hold into the 280hp range but direct clutch were also happy to help there as well throw out was machined to suit

The W50 - Toyota Steelcase can be found nearly anywhere here in aus as there were used behind so many holdens, fords, chryslers ect with 6 or v8 they cheap to get your hands on much easier to find and use then a crappy t50, albeit alot cheaper then a T50 as well cause they are so readily available
Strong boxes, dellow conversions sorted out the bellhousing for me and we used a holden W series clutch fork that is cut down as they very long and welded. The bearing carrier was machined for the thurst bearing
The bellhousing, pivot ball, speedo gear, clutch fork, gaskets, weld on yolk, uni joint, slip joint ect cost me $1700 from dellow jeff is a great bloke and was always willing to help out.

NFNR Manifold from South Africa Modified for my needs from williem cost me $1300.00 thats with no injectors or any of the AN fittings check valves ect.
The turbo manifold a close mate does fabrication for work and made the manifold along with another mates manifold as a high mount for a T2871 turbo The manifolds only cost me the price of the steampipe which was really nothing i designed the collector and had it cut
You wont find anything really on FB of prices or what not but if your really interested in the NFNR parts i have contact numbers for a bloke who is doing the import of the parts and postage to your door. The guys have everything you could need for what you may want i did most myself as many of the things they do i wanted top shelf items verse there simple crank trigger setup from a voxel astra and having tiny Fuel line setups, they dont have the parts or resources we do like with haltech at our door or being able to just drop into rocketperformance and get speedflow fittings.
Happy to answer any questions of further detail on the build, wiring ect
