Wow, a bunch of views, and nobody has bumper ends? Are parts for my Coupe really that hard to find? Are people just hoarding them? What's the story? Well, I did find a left side end thru other contacts, so I edited my post above to show that I need only a right side bumper end.

Hi Guys, I'm gathering parts for a 1200 Coupe project, and i'm in need of the right rear bumper end. I will be painting it, so the condition of the chrome does not matter to me. I would like one with little or no dents however. I'm in Central Canada, but I'm sure shipping on something small like that will be reasonable from anywhere in the USA as well. From my quick part number search, It looks like the Sedan, and Coupe used the same bumper ends. Let me know what you have, and what price might make it worth your effort to dig it out of the shed, or off that parts car in the yard. I can pay with paypal.

As I'm in parts gathering mode for my 1972 1200 Coupe I'd like to hear about the difference in the doors as well. Are they interchangeable 72 to 73 Coupe?. Are the fenders all the same for 1200 models and years? What are the differences? Are they interchangeable? I spent a few hours over the weekend reading on this site, and didn't find the fender interchangeability information.
Are the hoods all the same for model, and years of 1200's?
I'd like to thank everyone for putting together this great resource, and sharing information.

I got a chance to check 7 B210's and 310's, and I have no 5 speeds.

So A series 5 speeds would come in 210's and 310's perhaps? I'll Check that out this weekend. A few years ago, I was given information on (3) Datsun 1200 coupe cars for sale, and given a phone number. The guy was hard to get on the phone, and told me that the 3 cars were in California, and he wanted to sell all 3 together. He asked that I call him back in a few weeks as they had fires in the area, so he couldn't get to the cars right then. I never was able to get the fellow on the phone again. Does anyone here know where those cars went...who might have bought them? I have pictures of them that were sent to me....if anyone is interested.

I see there are Ebay adds for front fenders, hood, and front lower apron...sold from Bugaria.
Have people had success buying from this seller?

Hi Guys, I've been here many years ago, and tried to sell my collection of (3) rusty old Datsun 1200 Coupes. Time goes on, and things change, and I now only have the best one of the three still sitting untouched for years. Now I'm thinking it would make a good drag race car, but I'll need some help from this group to gather up the few parts I'll need to fix the body. I'll be looking for front fenders and a right rear quarter panel at the least. I would like to find a nice hood, and maybe some straight front and rear bumpers as well. I think I also have one broken tail light lens too. I have some other Datsuns that I could trade parts from if anyone needs 210, 310, 510, or 510 wagon parts. Any unused parts from my 1200 will also be available...mostly the stock mechanical parts. I'm located in Central Canada, but I'm ready for a parts gathering road trip for my summer vacation this year. Let me know your thoughts.

Ya, I saw that a lot of parts where on Ebay, and many more for sale at Aussie body panel shops.
So that made it possible to repair my 1200 Coupe. The job would be a lot easier if I could find a nicer Right rear 1/4 panel than the smashed one that's on my car now.

I'm building a 1972 1200 Coupe into a drag race car, and i'd like to find a salvageable right rear quarter panel (right rear fender, or guard) I'm in central Canada, but I would consider a road trip to come salvage one from a parts car. Even if you know where a suitable parts car might be sitting in a wrecking yard, please let me know.

I'll check them close and take some pics this weekend. As i recall, there would be lots of good parts, but none of the bodys would be easily fixed short of wrapping some of the parts around a tube chassis.
