I still get fumes in the cabin

they seem to be comming from where the petrol tank is.... ive done an air fuel ratio and got the carbies tuned and changed the fuel cap....

yeah i get that as wel on hot days with a full tank. I cant findwhere the problem is either. ??

You will need to design and install a "breather" system like the sedans have.

I don't have a Ute, so I can't say for certain, but the parts books seem to indicate that there is only a breather for filling. Both of these breather pipes are near the neck of the filler.

Sedans have 2 breathers, one 5/8 pipe for filling and a 1/4 inch pipe for operation breathing. This is the tubing that "snake" around under the parcel shelf (behind the back seat). The pipe then pushed down through a hole in the floor to vent to atmosphere.

Now that we know it's not the other things we discussed before, then it's either a leak in the fillerneck, or the bad design of the Ute breathers.
