cyclons should thank you, you raged him up so much he actually started making his product again, that's a win for everyone

should be more of these group fabrications, honestly i dont think that people should be so precious about there parts if they are essentially copies of parts designed by datsun or just made by taking the dimensions off datsun parts

at the end of the day if that's all it is it can be copied by placing it on a scanner these days

Everyone has their opinion, thats why we have conflicts its all good and no one has patented anything so welcome to create more group buys etc. with the last flanges I got the ports where larger than I preferred compared to stock which made some corner between inlet and exhaust ports too narrow for welding and the thread holes where too large which left too much room for them moving around. Still all is a good effort by anyone trying to do something like this and we live and learn as we progress from previous efforts.

the whole reason im doing this is to help people that dont have know how or cant get machinging done as my work is one of the only engineering firms in australia with a 9 axis mill that is open for public job the 8 that are in aus 6 of them are in large companys that use them for dies and one off jobs where we use all 20 of our mills and lathe for production milling and turner and thus our prices are cheap too

there's nothing we cant make

Im sure many nissan folk would be interested in a R200 alloy diff casing with finned sump. This is the only area Nissan have not made inroads into, a lightweight IRS diff centre. Instead gone and copied alfa romeo with a transaxle but plagued with issues of lack of strength and reliability while the R200 crowd are left behind.

Heres the alfa for an idea on the front finned sump for assessment
lined up with a heavier H165 diff for size comparisons

No hy flo , look at the pics , we want a billet R200 IRS diff case to suit s13 s14 s15 silvia or r32 r33 skyline , with a 9 axis mill it shouldn't be that difficult.

SO IN SUMMARY:
nissan couldn't design one that worked but im sure hy-flo could knock one up cause he has a 9-axis....

who is paying for design time on this "little" project?

Uhh. Yeah okay, Unv-Ute, thank you for raging me up! 1200RC you have a really bizarre perception of things, interesting.

9 Axis sounds pretty sweet. You should have some great fun with that.

What is your companys' name?
