4 round head lights. Just get two sets of headlight bezels, do a little fabrication, use a plastic welder. Or JBWeld.

Early and later B310s used those bumpers, but only the lower trim versions.

GL and GX models used bigger bumpers which changed two or three times during production.

Finally there were the largest OPTION bumpers

Grill looks to be off last of the B310s.

Bumper looks like early B310 (round headlight model) - some of the ones with rubber ends were like this underneath, but some were simply cut off square.

Headlights look like late Toyota Corolla DX (similar generation to B310)

Or the bumper could be from a square headlight B310

The bumper was fitted to early round lamp B310.
Later round lamp B310 was also fitted with the same bumper but had rubber (or plastic, I'm not sure) end caps and different brackets to push it out a bit hence a filler between valance and bumper.
Our VB310, both round and square lamp were fitted with this bumper.
Our square lamp B310 never came with the full chrome bumper.
