That pan is not for an A-series. It's for a rotary swapped into a 1200 (or Starlet or Corolla). It fits rotaries ONLY.

Where are all these 1200/rotary fanatics? They don't seem to visit our site too ofen. Maybe they are too busy racing ... or working on their race cars?

I've searched the net but there seems very little in the way of detailed information on how to fit a rotary into a 1200.

Puerto Rico.

...and I think they are too busy for the wonders of the intarweb.

From what I've been told from people who've done the swap, there really isn't much to it at all. I think that's why you don't see alot on the web about it. The two I've seen up close both mounted the engine "solid". The used "angle-iron" or steel to make the front engine support and flat steel stock to make the tranny mount. Then use an RX2/RX3 header and call it done. For a street application with real rubber mounts, I bet it wouldn't be alot tougher? HTH
