hey RC,
If you don't mind me asking, what was the approx. cost of the engineering process.
You hear so many differing opinions from the high hundreds into the thousands.

thought it was all pretty standard around 800-1000

first inspection was 200 i think, havent paid final one yet, im sure he has told me it would be around 800 all up though

obviously it's going to cost more if you go for something out of the ordinary that requires chassis calcs or design or anything like that

had lots of brake problems with them sticking

had new exhaust made to pass 96dB test

got weight certificate... 880kg, no driver, pretty good i think (This car was 840 prior to engine/gbox etc install, it did have same diff and brakes)

engineering final test in the morning if it's not raining, hopefully fully legit conversion after that

just noticed your're using silicone for the turbo intake - make sure it's stiff stuff otherwise the suction of the turbo will collapse the pipe. Happened with mine. Just a thought.

im using thin silicon on mine and its been fine for the year it was in my sedan, a year in the suzuki with the same engine and is now fine in the wagon. and its real cheap ebay crap too
