Datsunovic has a 1000, so these 'late model' badges are no good.
What he wants is one of these. I had it on the grille of my 1000 sedan from about 1985 or so.

I see, identical in shape to the D badge in the 1000, but with the split S inside.

Nice subtle detail that makes a Datsun stand off the crowds......nice!

Thats the one Dodgeman. So Where do I get one any ideas?. Iv searched ebay a number of times and found some pretty cool datsun stuff but no B10 spilt s. I Know there is companies reproducing wheel caps for datsuns I wonder if anyone is reproducing badges?

Thanks sidedraught how do you find these things? I got on to yahoo.co.jp to have a look, I had to use google translate, this was of some help but it is listed as not shipping overseas and i doubt if i could navigate the site to register for the auction as i cannot read japanese text. Has anyone had any expiriences with this or similar forign sites?.
