malpassi is the brand for you they are 130 bucks.most parts shops will be able to get it for you, i have one on my turbo a15 works great, just make sure u get a f/p gauge so u can set it, after that it works on its own.
you will need an efi pump to get the sort ofpsi u need. the malpassi is able to handle these high pressures just fine.
