I was planning on importing about 10 or so. I told everyone on here but i didn't get any interest so i didn't bother about getting a price.

I wonder indeed what the South African new price for a 5-spd would be.

Has one of our SA buddies rang Nissan SA to find out?

You'd think he'd realise somethings wrong when nobody had bid on it a week later.

You are not likely to see another at this [buy-it-now] price again anytime soon either.
The bargain part of the deal is the $9 postage.
It's probably a very good gearbox & it comes with a warranty, but pricewise, it is just a little out of my reach

it's prices like that that make me happy I have a F4W60L four speed

yes a 5 speed would be nice... but considering all my Dattos are farm hacks, if I did buy a car with a 60A or a 60L speed I'd probably sell the gearbox... however if it was a 63A: it'd stay there as I'm not messing around with hydraulic clutches!

But if it was worth $2250 it would be replaced with a L series 63A gearbox - attatched to an L18!
