Keep an eye out on ebay or carsales.com
There are often quite a few from mildura

the last few i've seen have been anyway
often the ones going for a grand are just a shell

doesn't look too bad .... reckon you'd want to see it in person to check it over properly for rust. biggest killer in motervation when doing a resto is finding hidden rust
good luck with the search.

as for rallycars blu ute ... it's a nice one and would make for an easy start on your build

yer rust is the biggest problem. why do u rekon it comes with 5 tail shafts or is that just a mistake... any other dattos going that anyone knows of...

1200rc's ute used to be my old ute... being in mildura im sure you can talk to him and maybe bragin in a going motor or something to drive it....

its a greaty basis for a project only reason i got rid of it was it doesnt have 4 seats, had a coupe but still not practical enough for me with a baby then got my sedan as a luck buy.....

even if you have to tow it back to mildura, its still worth considering... for the price its a lot better than some ebay specials etc
