if you get the tailshaft and the leaves from the 120y then yes it will bolt straight in

you need the take the very bottom leaf and the rubbers and stuff that go around the rest of the 120y leaves

this stuff

then bolt it all onto the 1200 leaves, and you will also need the 120y U bolts and bottom plate

Do you want a diff, or a whole rear end?

The H150 diff from a 120Y will bolt into the H145 axle housing of the 1200, but a 2mm spacer plate would be desirable along with a second gasket to seal it all up.
You would also need the tailshaft from the 120Y as the drive flange is different on the later diff & the 1200 one will not bolt on.

swapping it isnt really that hard, the whole diff assembly that is

you will sooner get a 120y diff and have it working in a 1200 than you will find a ute diff at a reasonable price
