The injectors were fitted to basically plug the bosses in the manifold.

I thought about setting up the injection, but at that stage I was dreaming of rotaries so it never happened...

Boost was 7psi. I don't know what turbo it was - some kind of T03 compressor. The exhaust housing cracked so when I had it rebuilt we fitted an FJ20 exhaust housing to it.

It would come on boost about 3200rpm and pull to 8000 easily. A little bit laggy because of the draw thru setup but perfectly driveable on the street.

The sidedraught was great and sounded even better . It was a 45mm DCOE so a 44 should be ok.

I think the setup so the air was rammed straight through the carb into the turbo was ideal.

When I'm done building my current car, I'll drive it for a bit, to enjoy the fruits of my labour. But if someone offers my the right price I'll sell it, and am thinking of putting down whatever I make from it down as a deposit on a brand new 1400 UTE.

For that I'd like to do something similar with a turbo and sidedraught, so I might be pulsing you for some info in the future on jetting and stuff...
